As per the Finance Department's Resolution No. Expenditure/2002/57/Part-4/4.1 dated 18/10/2023, the appointment will be made subject to the terms and conditions of the Finance Department's Resolution No. Expenditure/2002/57/(Part-3)/Z.1 dated 28/03/2016 and 16/10/2020, and the candidate will be eligible for regular appointment in the pay scale of Rs. 19,900/- to Rs. 63,200/- (Level-2) as per the Seventh Pay Commission in the concerned office if his services are found satisfactory. However, in this regard, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has filed SLP

NO. 14124/2012 and SLP NO. 14125/2012,


Nationality:-

The candidate should be a citizen of India or should have the nationality as per the provisions of Rule-7 of the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967.


Age Limit and Educational Qualification Details:-

(a) Age Limit: The candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 33 years as on 25/04/2025;

The upper age limit may be relaxed in favour of the candidate who is already in the service of the Government of Gujarat as per the provisions of the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967.


(b) Educational Qualification:

(b) have successfully completed minimum one year Multi-Purpose Health Worker basic certificate course or Diploma course obtained from an educational institution recognized as such by the Government; or

(c) have passed minimum one year Sanitary Inspectors Diploma Course obtained from the educational institution recognized as such by the Government; or

(d) have passed minimum one year certificate course of Health Sanitary Inspectors from Industrial Training Institute or any other institute recognized as such by the Government; or

(e) have passed the diploma of Sanitary Inspector or Health Sanitary Inspector obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institutions recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956,

(f) possess basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967: and

(g) Possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both

Rajkot Municipal Corporation Health Branch is recruiting Medical Officer (MBBS) on temporary basis at Ayushman Arogya Mandir under the 15th Finance Commission under the National Health Mission under the Health Branch of Rajkot Municipal Corporation. The vacant posts of Tantric category for 11 months on contract basis and the vacancies that will be vacant in the future will be filled as per the following conditions. Candidates will have to come for walk-in interview on the first Monday of every month along with the application form along with all the necessary original and photocopied documents at Health Branch, Third Floor, Room No. 1, "Dr. Ambedkar Bhavan", Rajkot Municipal Corporation 303.
