GTU CCC Registration 2024: The Gujarat Technological University has published an important notification for CCC Exam for govt employees. CCC is the mandatory computer examination required to be promoted, higher pay scale, and regularize in the current job of the State Government of Gujarat. Interested aspirants must submit their filled application forms within the given time limits.

Latest – GTU CCC Exam Online Registration 2024 has started. Online registration starts on 2nd January 2024 at ccc.gtu.ac.in. You need to make the online payment, fill up the form, Upload the necessary documents & submit the form.

Important Instructions for Candidates

Candidates have to enter their name (according to the service book), mobile number, and due date of Higher Scale/Promotion/Confirmation of Appointment.

After all the details are filled in the registration form, save the form and take a printout of the form.


Once a printout of the form is taken, details cannot be updated in the registration form.

In this printed registration form, the candidate needs to sign at the appropriate place.

Also, the candidate has to get the signature and stamp of the Head of Department/Principal.

Without the signature of the candidate and the signature & stamp of the head, the form will not be accepted.

The candidate has to pay the fees of Rs.200 for Theory & Practical both (or) Rs.100 for Theory only (or) Rs.100 for Practical only. The fee needs to be paid online.

The candidate has to submit the following documents to GTU:

a. Original Registration form printout with proper attestation of the candidate and HoD with a stamp.
b. A photocopy of the candidate’s photo-id proof (license, Adhaar Card, Passport, Election card or PAN card)
c. Original copy of payment receipt (Depositor copy).

These documents must be submitted in GTU personally or by speed post at the following address so as to reach (Except on public holidays):

Introduction:
This course is designed to aim at imparting a basic level IT Literacy programme for the common man. This programme has essentially been conceived with an idea of giving an opportunity to the common man to attain computer literacy thereby contributing to increased and speedy PC penetration in different walks of life. After completing the course the incumbent should be able to the use the computer for basic purposes of preparing his personnel/business letters, viewing information on internet (the web), receiving and sending mails, preparing his business presentations, preparing small databases etc. This helps the small business communities, housewives, etc. to maintain their small accounts using the computers and enjoy in the world of Information Technology. This course is, therefore, designed to be more practical oriented.



Eligibility:
The candidates can appear in the NIELIT CCC Examination through following three modes and the eligibility criteria for each mode are indicated against each:

2.1 Candidates sponsored by NIELIT approved Institutes permitted to conduct CCC Course – irrespective of any educational qualifications;
2.2 Candidates sponsored by Government recognized Schools/Colleges having obtained an Unique Identity number from NIELIT for conducting CCC – irrespective of any educational qualifications; and
2.3 Direct Applicants (without essentially undergoing the Accredited Course or without being sponsored by a Govt. recognised School/College) -irrespective of any educational qualification.

Duration: The total duration of the course is 80 hours, consisting of
i) Theory 25 hours
ii) Tutorials 5 hours
iii) Practicals 50 hours

The course could ideally be a two weeks intensive course.

Who can conduct the course: The education and training for CCC shall be imparted at the institutions specifically authorised by NIELIT for conducting CCC. In addition, the students can study the course on self-learning mode and can apply as a direct candidate for appearing in the CCC examination conducted by NIELIT.

It is herewith notified to all concern that as per circular no PR.RA.CH/102005 1532-Part-3-KA dated 1st March 2014 of General Administrative Department, Government of Gujarat, Gujarat Technological University has been authorised to conducted CCC exams.
