Bharuch- Narmada Ashramshala Recruitment 2023 How to Apply?
(Candidates must have passed compulsory TAT- for Teaching Assistant- Secondary Department and TET-1 for Teaching Assistant for Class-1 to 5 and TET-2 for Class-6 to 8 as mentioned in the advertisement and the term of their examination result will be as per the provisions of the current resolutions of the Education Department.
For reserved posts, candidates belonging to any caste have to enclose a copy of caste certificate issued by the competent authority for the respective caste and non-crimelayer certificate (if applicable).
The District Level Selection Committee shall be as prescribed by the Govt.
After verification of the candidate's credentials by the Selection Committee, the selected candidate will be appointed by the Institute after confirmation by the Assistant Commissioner.
Salary Scale: Rs.19,950/- per month for academic assistants for five years, Rs.25,000/- per month for teaching assistants of classes 9, 10 and 3,26,000/- per month for teaching assistants of classes 11, 12.
Appointments will be given on fixed salary per month.
If the service is found satisfactory, after five years it will be considered for inclusion in the regular pay scale. After getting regular appointment, the candidate will be eligible to get the benefit of the enhanced pension scheme of Govt.
The service can be terminated by giving one month's notice even before five years if the service is not found satisfactory.
Educational and training qualification should be passed from an institution recognized by University Grants Commission and National Council for Teacher Education respectively.

The Mumbai Primary Education Act, 1949 and the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules and Regulations, 1972 and 1974 shall also apply.
Eligible candidates as per the above advertisement should enclose with the application self-attested copies of all certificates and two passport size photographs (if additional eligible also) within 10 days from the date of publication of the advertisement to be received at the address of the institution only to RP.A.D.
