Ministry of Home Affairs, Intelligence Bureau (IB) is going to fill 1671 vacancies for the post of Security Assistant/Executive (SA/Exe) and Multi-Tasking Staff/General (MTS/Gen). These vacancies shall be filled across the country. Candidates who are 10th class can apply for IB Recruitment 2022. The registration will start on 05 November 2022 and will end on 25 November 2022 on MHA’s website (www.mha.gov.in) or NCS portal (www.ncs.gov.in) only. The notification for the same shall be released anytime soon on the website.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

• Matriculation (10th class pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education, and
• Possession of domicile certificate of that State against which candidate has applied.
• Knowledge of any one of the local language/dialect mentionedin Table ‘A’ above against each SIB.

Age limit

• Not exceeding 27 years as on 25.11.22 (Security Assistant/ Executive) and 18-25 years as on 25.11.22 (MTS).

Application Fee

• Examination Fee of Rs. 50/- & Recruitment Processing Charges of Rs. 450/- are to be paid by the Male candidates of General, EWS and OBC categories. Recruitment Processing Charges of Rs. 450/- only are to be paid by all other candidates.

Selection Process

• The selection criteria for IB Recruitment 2022 include 3 stages of the recruitment process-Stage 1- Tier 1 (Common for SA/Exe & MTS/Gen)
• Stage 2- Tier 2 (Part-1) Offline Exam of Descriptive type (Common for SA/Exe & MTS/Gen)
• Tier 2 (Part-2) Spoken ability (only for SA/Exe)
• Stage 3- Tier 3: Interview/Personality test
