Educational Qualification

(1) Hindi Typist Trainee:

• Graduation in Arts/Science Commerce/ Management/ Computer Applications with First Class as declared by the University. Also, candidates should have studied Hindi as one of the subjects at Matriculation/Degree level OR passed either of these examinations in Hindi Medium.

(2) Library Trainees

• Masters degree in Library and Information Science (60% marks & above). Preference will be given to candidates who have pursued the degree as regular academic course.

(3) Office Trainee

• Graduate in Arts / Commerce/ Management / Science / Law / Computer Applications (with at least 55% Marks) from a recognized University / Institute. (Engineers not eligible)

(4) Computer Operator Trainee

• First Class BCA OR Diploma in Computer Engineering / Information Technology as declared by University / recognized institute. Preference will be given to candidates who have pursued the above degree as regular academic course.

Age Limit

• Library Trainee– Minimum 18 years and Maximum 26 years as on 25.06.2021, relaxation as per GOI rules

• Hindi Typist Trainee– Minimum 18 Years & Maximum 26 years as on 25.06.2021; relaxation as per GOI rules.

• Office Trainee-Minimum 18 years and Maximum 26 years as on 25.06.2021, relaxation as per GOI rules.

• Computer Operator Trainee-Minimum 18 years & Maximum 22 years as on 25.06.2021; relaxation as per GOI rules.
