OPAL Executive Education Qualification

General Manager (HSE & Fire) :

• Bachelor of Engineering degree preferably in Chemical Engineering and post graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety having operational background with minimum 21 years of experience including in HSE&F function for a large organization of repute at senior level. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and relevant experience in Petrochemical / Refinery / Chemical / Fertilizer Industries will be given preference.
• Age Limit : 52 Years

General Manager (Information Technology) :

• Bachelor Engineering degree in Computer Science/Information Technology / Electronics & Telecommunications / MCA from a reputed Institute with experience in ERP & IT infrastructure, server, database management, website, various communication systems. Candidates holding ITIL Master Level Certification or any other relevant certification in IT Service Management (ITSM) will have an added advantage. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and relevant experience in Petrochemical / Refinery / Chemical / Fertiliser Industries and having exceptional leadership qualities and experience in senior roles will be given preference.
• Age Limit : 52 Years

Cracker :

• Bachelor Engineering degree in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering with hands on experience in Petrochemicals/Chemicals/Hydrocarbon Industries, etc. for a large organisation of repute. Experience in DCS operations in Cracker plant will be preferred. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and pre-commissioning/commissioning/start-up, shutdown experience in the above relevant area will be given preference.
• Age Limit : 28 years.

Polymer :

• Bachelor Engineering degree in Chemical / Petrochemical Engineering or Polymer Technology with hands on experience in Petrochemicals / Chemicals / Hydrocarbon Industries, etc. for a large organization of repute. Experience in DCS operations in Polymer plant will be preferred. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and pre-commissioning/commissioning/start-up, shutdown experience in the above relevant area will be given preference.
• Age Limit : 28 Years

Offsites :

• Bachelor Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with hands on experience in panel operation of Offsite plant [Tank farm ( IFR Tanks, FR Tanks, Sphere ,Bullets and associated system), Loading and Unloading Gantry, Flare, H2 generation Plant etc.] operations in Petrochemicals/Chemicals/Hydrocarbon Industries, etc. for a large organization of repute. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and relevant experience in large sized Industries will be given preference.
• Age Limit : 28 Years

Maintenance :

Mechanical :

• Bachelor Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering with experience in relevant field. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and relevant experience in Petrochemicals / Chemicals / Hydrocarbon Industries, etc. for a large organization of repute will be given preference.
• Age Limit : 28 Years

Instrumentation :

• Bachelor Engineering degree in Instrumentation Engineering / Instrumentation & Control Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering / Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering with hands on experience in instrumentation maintenance. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and relevant experience in Petrochemicals / Chemicals / Hydrocarbon Industries, etc. for a large organization of repute will be given preference.
• Age Limit : 28 Years

Electrical :

• Bachelor Engineering degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering with hands on experience in Electrical maintenance. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and relevant experience in Petrochemicals / Chemicals / Hydrocarbon Industries, etc. for a large organization of repute will be given preference.

Fire :

• Bachelor degree in Fire Engineering with hands on experience in Fire department . Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and relevant experience in Petrochemical / Refinery / Chemical / Fertiliser Industries will be given preference.
• Age Limit : 42 Years.

SAP :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Candidates having First Class degree and Certification of SAP in PP / QM / PM will have an added advantage.
• Age Limit : 38 Years.

Material Management :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering OR Full time MBA in SCM/MM/Operations with experience in Materials Management in large size Organisation. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and relevant experience in Petrochemical / Refinery / Chemical / Fertilizer Industries will be given preference.
• Age Limit : 28 years.

Finance :

• CA / ICWA with hands on experience in covering plant and corporate accounting, costing & budgeting, taxation, audits, insurance and risk management, etc. for a large organisation of repute, preferably in Petrochemicals or Hydrocarbon Industry. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and relevant experience in Petrochemical / Refinery / Chemical / Fertiliser Industries will be given preference.
• Age Limit : 28 years

Human Resource :

• 2 Years Full Time MBA degree (/or Equivalent PG) with specialization in HR and hands on experience in Plant HR activities. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and relevant experience in Petrochemical / Refinery / Chemical / Fertiliser Industries will be given preference.
