The Anti-Bribery Bureau is a competent body working in the public interest of the government to detect and prevent cases of disproportionate assets. For the effectiveness of the Anti-Corruption Act

Bribery for true valuation of property in disproportionate property cases

And 1 advisor for preventive action unit for effective operation of district office

(Finance / Taxation) is to be appointed on contract basis in the place sanctioned by the Government.

Places:

Advisors (Finance / Taxation)

The place of appointment for this post will be Ahmedabad, under the authority of the appointing authority bureau

Able to work at any of the following locations.

- At the date on which the candidate is to be presented before the committee constituted for this purpose for the interview

Must be present at Ahmedabad.

- No rent allowance will be paid to the candidate for attending the interview.

Minimum educational qualification:

 (1) C.A. of All India Chartered Accountants Institute. Degree and five years experience

Holding candidate will be considered eligible to apply. In addition to having LLB (Taxation) degree

It will be preferred and / or

 (2) After graduation from a recognized university in the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax Department)

Assessment / Appeal of Class-I with a minimum of 3 years and Class-II including a total of less than 18 years

Must have no experience /. Or

 (3) After graduation from a recognized university, one should have served for at least seven years as a manager in a public sector bank.

 (3) Candidate should be proficient in typing English / Gujarati in computer.

Retired Government Officer / Employee can also apply for the above two posts. 3 years

Appointment will not be available after age. For which pay band + grade pay 50% amount as monthly collected salary

After retirement will be available during the appointment on contract basis, their appointment will be subject to the approval of the Government.

Appointed candidate to be appointed on contract basis, agreement as per prescribed norms

The terms of the agreement shall be subject to the rules made by the Government and the Bureau and the amendments made to them from time to time.

The binding candidate will be binding.
