SOP of Education Department: Guidelines for starting academic work in university-college announced, parents have to give consent letter to allow student to come to college

Students who do not want to come to college will have to arrange online education

 Colleges closed for 8 months due to Koro epidemic will be reopened after Diwali. All private and government colleges in the state will be started from November 23. In this regard, the education department has issued guidelines for reopening colleges and universities. Which will apply to all the universities and government and private colleges in the state. The guideline is as follows.

For offline academic activities, consent will have to be obtained from the parents, students who do not join the class will have to arrange online study.

All proceedings will be initiated following the guidelines of UGC

In the first phase, physical education will be imparted to all final year students of PG, PhD, MPhil etc. courses, medical and paramedical and all other graduate courses. Online study will continue in other classes.

Class numbers should be arranged according to the number of students and the need of the subject.

In order to maintain social distance between two students as per UGC guidelines, two classes of 50-50 per cent students or three classes of 1/3 can be arranged.

If students have to be called periodically, the students who are called will be called for three consecutive days. The other group of students will then be called on the remaining days. The other group of students will then be called on the remaining days. In addition it will be up to the Chancellor or Principal to decide on what subject and what kind of arrangements should be made for the course.

At present only one student can stay in one room if hostel facility is provided. The guidelines for the hostel must be followed completely.

Face masks will be mandatory and a sufficient number of hand washing, sanitation points will be required. Classrooms will be sanitized periodically.

In addition, the temperature will be taken when the student enters the college and all UGC guidelines will be followed.
