Regarding implementation of Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana to the children of employees who died from corona

Bright and needy students of all classes studying in primary, secondary, higher secondary and higher education courses from the resolution taken to get financial assistance for shaping the careers of bright and needy students seeking admission in higher education courses of the state.  

Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana has been implemented from the academic year 2017-18 for the purpose of providing financial assistance as well as other facilities to the eligible students for their studies.  To control the current prevalence of the novel Corona virus (COVID 19), government employees performing various duties under COVID-19 are identified by the WHO as Corona Warriors.  

The matter of providing benefits under Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana for higher studies to children (including employees of the Corporation) was under active consideration of the State Government.  It has been decided by the Government that the children of Corona Warriors who have passed COVID-19 after passing the valid examination in Diploma / Graduate courses at the end of adult consideration will also get this 1 benefit.  Therefore, the following provision is inserted in the resolution of the plan dated 03/10/2018 taken from the reading.

It has been decided by the Government that the children of Corona Warriors who have passed COVID-19 who have passed the approved examination in Diploma / Graduate courses at the end of adult consideration will also get the benefit of this scheme.  Therefore, the following provision is inserted in the plan resolution dated 07/10/2015 of the department taken into consideration.  Scheme Rule 2.2 Eligibility Criteria for Assistance for Higher Education Assistance.  

The following paragraph (2) is added in sub-rule 2.2.1. Gujarat will be eligible for assistance for certificate / graduation stream under this plan irrespective of percentile / percentage or returns limit. For this, the government employee has to submit the certificate of an officer who is not inferior to the deputy secretary of the department under which he is performing duty.

This provision will have to be implemented from the academic year 2020-21.  The provisions of other related matters of the department dated 07/10/2015, dated 05/04/2016, dated 04/06/2016 as well as the resolution number dated 10/2017 / URO-CAS dated 7/12/2017 will remain the same.  These orders are issued on the file of the same number of the department with the permission obtained from the note of the finance department dated 24-08-2020.
