Due to the emergence of two cyclones simultaneously in the Arabian Sea, the atmosphere has changed in many places in South India.According to the Meteorological Department, a severe thunderstorm is likely to turn into a very severe cyclonic storm in the East-Central Arabian Sea over the next 24 hours. Due to the impact of the severe thunderstorms, the Lakshadweep received heavy rains in several places.
Heavy rains rained down on Kalpani island in Lakshadweep. Districts in Veraval, Gir Somnath, Porbandar, Jamnagar and South Gujarat may be affected by the storm.
