Conditions:

1. Only online application of the candidate will be accepted at https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in. Applications received by other means (ordinary post / courier / in person / speed post / RPAD) will be considered cancelled.

2. PDF/Photo copy of original document legible and legible. Compulsory upload in the software. If unclear illegible documents are uploaded, such application will be considered rejected.

3. Applications with incomplete details will be invalid.

5. All decisions regarding recruitment will rest with the selection committee.
