As mentioned in the notification, Gujarat Secondary Service Selection Board has invited applications for the post of Law Officer.

Eligibility:

A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized Umanavam Santi in India

Must be accredited to practice law.

As per the prevailing norms of the government, the candidate should have basic knowledge of computer.

Selection Process:

Selection of the candidate will be done after applying through offline mode and interviewing the eligible candidates.

Salary scale

A law officer on this post gets a monthly salary of Rs. 

60,000/- will be admissible on aggregate wages. 

Apart from this salary, any allowances vs. 

will not be available.

They will not be entitled to any increment or bonus in the collected wages and will not be eligible for interim relief and other benefits during the contract period.

Pension, bonus, LTC for employment during contract period.

Advances or other such financial benefits will not be available.

If they die during the contract period, the accumulated dues for the period served will be available to their family members. 

No other pecuniary benefits, ex gratia benefits or fringe benefits like temporary employment will be admissible.

If a law officer has to travel on government work, as per the current norms of Govt

Traveling Allowance and Daily Allowance will be admissible.

The Law Officer will be entitled to 11 (eleven) miscellaneous leave during the contract period. 

No other leave will be admissible.
