HMAT Exam 2021 Notification : For the candidates who are eligible to be appointed as Principal in the registered private (Grant in Aid) secondary and higher secondary schools, the Head Master Aptitude Test 2021 is to be conducted by the State Examination Board, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar. This will be done through the District Education Officers at the designated centers.

Eligibility

Only candidates who meet the prescribed educational qualifications, experience and other provisions or conditions as prescribed for appointment as Principal in the registered private grant-in-aid secondary and higher secondary schools from time to time may appear in this test.
A person has B.Ed with postgraduate in any of the subjects taught in a registered secondary / higher secondary school or M.Ed with a bachelor in any of the subjects taught in a secondary / higher secondary school or equivalent degree as declared by the state government and registered Grant in Aid Have at least a total of 07 years of teaching / supervising experience after being appointed as per rule in In Grant In Aid / Government Secondary / Higher Secondary School.

OR

A person should have a B.Ed or equivalent degree as declared by the State Government with a bachelor’s degree in any of the subjects taught in a registered secondary / higher secondary school and at least teach / supervise after getting appointment in the registered grant-in-aid / government secondary / higher secondary school as per rules. AT Least 10 years of experience

HMAT EXAM PATTERN 2021

The test will be based on OMR in the form of multiple choice and various objective questions.
The test will be in two sections, section one will have 100 questions and section 2 will have 100 questions.
The test will consist of 200 questions for various purposes and the total time of the question paper will be 180 minutes.

Both sections and all questions of this test will be mandatory. Both the sections of this test will have the same question paper in a row.
Each question will have one mark. The answer to each question will be given four options from which the correct option will have to be chosen.
There will be no negative assessment in the assessment of this test

Application Fees

• For General Category Candidates : Rs.250/-
• For General Candidates : Rs.350/-
• Net Banking / Other Payment Mode.
• Candidates who are left to pay the fee within the stipulated time period will be able to pay the fixed fee in person at State Examination Board, Sector 21, Gandhinagar from 02-08-2021 to 03-08-2021 along with Rs.200 late fee.
