The monsoon season has now officially started in South India and the monsoon has now reached Maharashtra. At a time when the weather is changing in some parts of Gujarat, the meteorological department has made a big forecast for rains in Gujarat.

Weather forecast for rain

The monsoon that entered India from Kerala has now reached Maharashtra. The first rains fell in Mumbai today where the first rains are waterlogged. The monsoon is likely to arrive in Gujarat one day earlier than usual when the water is overflowing.



Rains are likely to arrive in South Gujarat on June 11 and 12

According to the meteorological department, rains are likely to arrive in South Gujarat on June 11 and 12. Rains are forecast in different parts of Maharashtra for the next two days after which the rains will enter Gujarat. Low pressure in the Bay of Bengal could affect Gujarat.

Chance of rainy weather from today till June 12

Rainy weather may freeze in the southern part of Gujarat from today. It is likely to rain from today till June 12 with moderate to heavy rains in Surat, Navsari, Valsad, Dang, Tapi and Bharuch on June 11 and 12. Normal rainfall is also forecast in Saurashtra.
