Lockdown / Live: PM Modi announces: Lockdown will be in the country till May 3, extended guideline to be announced tomorrow.
As the period of lockdown announced by the Coronavirus is approaching today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is addressing the nation again with a lockdown. PM Modi has announced a lockdown in the country till May 3. Although some concessions will be granted in the country from April 20, all exemptions will be withdrawn if the rules are not followed.
The area which has been declared a hotspot in the country will be closely monitored. Tomorrow the central government will announce the guideline. In India today more than 1 lakh beds have been arranged.
India's fight against Corona is going strong. People have saved the country through adversity. We have been successful in avoiding the damage caused by the corona. PM Modi said that the countrymen perform duties like disciplined soldiers for the country, I bow to them all. India's war in Corona is going strong. Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had earlier announced a 21-day lockdown on March 24. It was decided to keep the hospital, medical store, milk, ration shop open. While buses, trains, transit to religious places were banned.

However, the PM's message was already declared lockdown in 10 states of the country by the end of April. In which 10 states had already announced the increase in lockdown. In Odisha, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Odisha, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Pondicherry announced lockdown till April 30. However, it has been decided to increase lockdown in Punjab by May 1st.
