Ayushyaman Bharat Scheme May Be Launched On 2 October Or 15 August
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that under the Auswishan plan, every poor family will get free treatment facilities up to 5 lakh rupees in a year in marked hospitals. PM Modi has said this in the Assam Investment Summit. This scheme will benefit 45 to 50 million people.

Hospital will open in small towns
The Prime Minister said that one of the major benefits of the Awasushan scheme can be tier-II and tier-3 cities. Because these cities will open a new hospital. In these services, the infrastructure needed to provide medical facilities will improve. With this, larger hospitals can also expand their own branches in smaller cities.

In the Budget, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley announced the health insurance of Rs 5 lakh per year to 10 crore households in the country. The government has set up a fund of Rs 1200 crore for that.
