પરેશ ગોસ્વમીએ આગાહી કરી છે કે, 20 જૂન સુધી ગુજરાતમાં સાર્વત્રિક વરસાદની શક્યતા નથી. રાજયમાં છૂટાછવાયા સ્થળો પર વરસાદ થતો રહેશે. 18થી 20 તારીખ આસપાસ ફરીથી ચોમાસું સક્રિય થવાની શકયતા છે. આ દરમિયાન બંગાળની ખાડીમા નવો કરંટ જોવા મળશે અને 18 અથવા તો 20 જૂનથી ફરીથી ચોમાસું સક્રિય થવાની શક્યતાઓ છે.

પરેશ ગોસ્વામીએ વઘુમાં જણાવ્યુ છે કે, દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતના ભાગો અને સૌરાષ્ટ્રના ભાગોમાં છૂટાછવાયા વિસતારોમાં વરસાદ શરુ રહેશે. 18 થી 20 તારીખમાં ફરીથી નૈઋત્યનું ચોમાસું સક્રિય થઇ શકે અને ફરીથી આગળ વધશે.

Aadhar Card New Rule : ઈલેક્ટ્રોનિક્સ અને ઈન્ફોર્મેશન ટેક્નોલોજી મંત્રાલયના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર, આધાર અપડેટ સેન્ટ્રલ આઈડેન્ટિટી ડેટા રિપોઝીટરી (CIDR) માં સંબંધિત માહિતીની ચોકસાઈની ખાતરી કરશે.

સરકારે આધાર કાર્ડ સાથે જોડાયેલા નિયમોમાં મોટો ફેરફાર કર્યો છે. મળતી માહિતી મુજબ, હવે આધાર કાર્ડમાં મુકવામાં આવેલા દસ્તાવેજોને 10 વર્ષ પછી અપડેટ કરવા પડશે. આનો અર્થ એ છે કે આધાર નંબર જનરેટ કરતી વખતે અથવા આધાર કાર્ડ બનાવતી વખતે જે દસ્તાવેજોનો ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો, તે 10 વર્ષ પૂર્ણ થયા પછી ઓછામાં ઓછા એક વખત સંબંધિત દસ્તાવેજો અપડેટ કરવા જરૂરી રહેશે.

નોંધણીની તારીખથી દર 10 વર્ષે પૂર્ણ થયા પછી અપડેટ્સ કરવાનું રહેશે.

ઈલેક્ટ્રોનિક્સ અને ઈન્ફોર્મેશન ટેક્નોલોજી મંત્રાલયના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર, આધાર અપડેટ સેન્ટ્રલ આઈડેન્ટિટી ડેટા રિપોઝીટરી (CIDR) માં સંબંધિત માહિતીની ચોકસાઈની ખાતરી કરશે. આધાર ધારકો આધાર માટે નોંધણીની તારીખથી ઓછામાં ઓછા દર 10 વર્ષમાં એકવાર Identity Proof અને Resident/address Proof ના પુરાવા ધરાવતા દસ્તાવેજો અપડેટ કરી શકે છે.

ગયા મહિને લોકોને આ અપીલ કરવામાં આવી હતી

આધાર નંબર જારી કરનાર યુનિક આઈડેન્ટિફિકેશન ઓથોરિટી ઓફ ઈન્ડિયા (UIDAI)એ ગયા મહિને લોકોને વિનંતી કરી હતી કે તેઓ 10 વર્ષથી વધુ સમયથી આધાર નંબર ધરાવતા હોય અને સંબંધિત માહિતી ફરીથી અપડેટ કરી ન હોય તો Identity Proof અને Address Proof નો પુરાવો સબમિટ કરો. દસ્તાવેજો અપડેટ કરો.

Monsoon pattern Ambalal Patel: હવામાન નિષ્ણાત આંબાલાલ પટેલે ચોમાસાને લઇને કરી મોટી આગાહી. ચાલુ વર્ષના ચોમાસાની પેટર્ન કોઈ અલગ પ્રકારની રહેવાની શક્યતા. કેવું રહેશે ચોમાસું?

જાન્યુઆરી 2023થી લઈને આજ સુધી વાતાવરણમાં વારંવાર બદલાવ જોવા મળ્યો છે અને ઋતુમાં થતાં બદલાવ જોઈને લાગે છે કે પેટર્ન બદલાઇ રહી છે (Monsoon pattern Ambalal Patel). વેસ્ટર્ન ડિસ્ટર્બન્સ હિમાલય તરફ જતાં હોય છે. જેના કારણે ઉત્તર ભારતના વિસ્તારમાં કમોસમી વરસાદ થાય છે, પરંતુ ચાલુ વર્ષે ઉનાળાની શરૂઆત માવઠા સાથે થઇ છે. મે મહિનામાં પણ માહોલ ચોમાસા જેવો જોવા મળી રહ્યો છે, ત્યારે એક પ્રશ્ન થાય કે ચોમાસું કેવું રહેશે?

ચોમાસું કેવું રહેશે?

હવામાન નિષ્ણાત અંબાલાલ પટેલે ન્યૂઝ 18 ગુજરાતી સાથે વાત કરતાં જણાવ્યું છે કે, મહત્તમ તામપાન સામાન્ય કરતા પણ નીચું રહ્યું છે. એપ્રિલમાં ગરમી કરતાં માવઠા વધુ પડ્યા છે. દેશના ઉત્તરીય પ્રદેશોમાં ભારે બરફ વર્ષા થાય અને મે મહિનામાં ગરમી ન પડે તો તેની અસર ચોમાસા પર થતી હોય છે. પરંતુ આ વર્ષે પરિસ્થિતિ એવી રહી છે. મેમાં હજુ પણ ચોમાસા જેવો વરસાદ થઇ રહ્યો છે.


મેના મધ્યમાં ગરમી પડશે અને જૂન માસમાં ગરમી પડવાની શક્યતા છે. તેના કારણે વરસાદ થવાની શક્યતા રહેશે. આ વરસાદ નિરનિરંતર રહેવાની શક્યતા રહેશે. સામાન્ય રીતે ગંગા યમુનાના મેદાન તપે એટલે બંગાળના ઉપસાગરમાંથી વરસાદી વહન આવે તે દેશના મધ્યભાગમાં થાય અને ગુજરાત તરફ આવે. તેના બદલે આ વર્ષે ગરમી પડે અને વરસાદ થઇ જાય છે. હવાના હળવા દબાણો જુદા પ્રકારના થવાની શક્યતા રહેશે. જેના કારણે ચાલુ વર્ષના ચોમાસાની પેટર્ન અલગ હોવાનું અનુમાન છે.​

ચોમાસાની પેટર્ન અલગ હોવાનું અનુમાન

સમુદ્રનું તાપમાન, દેશના વિધિ ભાગોનું તાપમાન, પવનની દિશા, ભેજનું પ્રમાણ, સમુદ્રની હલચલ તમામ પ્રકારના પરિબળો જોવામાં આવે છે. માપદંડ નક્કી કરવામાં આવતા હોય છે અને ઊંડો અભ્યાસ કર્યા બાદ ચોમાસું કેવું રહેશે, જેનું પૂર્વાનુમાન જાહેર કરતા હોય છે. પરંતુ ચાલુ વર્ષે ગુજરાતમાં વિશિષ્ટ પરિસ્થિતિ જોવા મળી રહી છે.

આવી શકે છે વાવાઝોડા

સાથે જ બીજું એક મોટું વાવાઝોડું આવી રહ્યું છે. તેમના મતે મે અને જૂ મહિનામાં બેક ટુ બેક વાવાઝોડું આવી શકે છે. અંબાલાલના મતે મે અને જૂન મહિનામાં બેથી ત્રણ ચક્રવાત અરબ સાગરમાં આવી શકે છે. અરબ સાગરમાં ચક્રવાતને કારણે ગુજરાતમાં વરસાદ થઈ શકે છે.


બેક ટુ બેક વાવાઝોડું આવવાની તૈયારીમાં છે. 10થી 14 મેમાં બંગાળના સાગરમાં ઊંચા મોજા ઉછળશે. 18થી 20 મે સુધી ફરી દરિયો તોફાની બની શકે છે. મે, જૂનમાં બેથી ત્રણ ચક્રવાત અરબ સાગરમાં આવશે.

અંબાલાલ પટેલ દ્વારા મે મહિના દ્વારા જણાવવામાં આવ્યું છે કે આ મહિનામાં મોસમ પ્રિમોન્સૂન એક્ટિવિટી વાળો જોવા મળશે અને આકાશમાં વાદળો છાયા રહે છે. વરસાદ ગમે ત્યારે આવી શકે છે અને આખો મહિનો વરસાદ છાયો રે જોવા મળશે એવી આગાહી કરવામાં આવે છે.

આજથી રાજ્યના વાતાવરણમાં પલટો આવશે અને 3 મે સુધી ઉત્તર ગુજરાત, મધ્ય ગુજરાત, કચ્છ, દક્ષિણ ગુજરાત, સૌરાષ્ટ્રના ભાગોમાં વરસાદ થવાની શક્યતા છે. પ્રિ-મોન્સૂન એક્ટિવિટી આંધી વંટોળ અને ગાજવીજ સાથે વરસાદ આવી સકે છે . પરંતુ મે મહિનામાં ક્યારેક ગરમી અને ક્યારેક વરસાદ થતાં હવામાનમાં પલટો આવશે. આથી ગરમી એકધારી ન રહેશે નહી તેવું કહેવામાં આવ્યું છે.

નિષ્ણાત પટેલના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર ગરમીનો રહેવાની શક્યતા ઓછી રહેશે અને મે મહિનામાં ગુજરાતના ઘણા બધા ભાગોમાં ભારે પ્રિમોન્સૂન એક્ટિવિટી રહેશે જેમાં બે મે થી આઠમી મે અને 15 મી થી 20 મે સુધી પ્રીમોનસૂન એક્ટિવિટીમાં વરસાદ થશે અને આ વરસાદ આંધી અને વંટોળ સાથે પણ થઈ શકે છે એવું અનુમાન કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.

આ ઉપરાંત ક્રિષ્ના ઉતર પર્વતીય પ્રદેશોમાં એપ્રિલમાં હિમવર્ષા થઈ શકે છે અને મે મહિના ગરમ ન રહેતા સામાન્ય રીતે ચોમાસા જેવી અસર વર્તાઈ શકે છે આમ છતાં હિંદ મહાસાગરનું વાતાવરણ સાનુકૂળ રહેવાથી ચોમાસામાં સારો એવો વરસાદ જોવા મળે છે જૂન મહિનામાં ગરમી પણ પડશે અને ચોમાસાના શરૂઆતનો વરસાદ પણ સારો એવો જોવા મળશે એવું અનુમાન જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.


10 જૂન અને 15થી 30 જૂન આસપાસ સારો વરસાદ થવાની શક્યતાઓ મનાય છે . મે મહિનામાં બંગાળના ઉપસાગરમાં હવાના હળવા દબાણ ઊભા થવાની શક્યતાઓ જોજોવા મળી સકે છે . જેના કારણે ચક્રવાત ઉભા થવાની શક્યતાઓ રહેશે. મે માસમાં અરબ સાગરમાં પણ હલચલ જોવા મળશે. દક્ષિણ ભારતમાં ચક્રવાતના લીધે વરસાદ થવાની શક્યતાઓ રહેશે.

આગામી 5 દિવસ કમોસમી વરસાદની આગાહી છે. સૌરાષ્ટ્ર, કચ્છ, મધ્ય, ગુજરાતના અમુક વિસ્તારમાં માવઠાની અશર જોવા મળી સકે છે . દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતના તાપી, નર્મદામાં માવઠાની આગાહી છે. વાવાઝોડા સાથે કમોસમી વરસાદ થઇ સકે છે . અમદાવાદ, ગાંધીનગર, વડોદરામાં ભારે પવન ફૂંકાવાની આશંકા છે. વેસ્ટર્ન ડિસ્ટર્બન્સને કારણે વરસાદની સંભાવના છે. જ્યારે બે દિવસ 39થી 40 ડિગ્રી તાપમાન રહેશે. ખાસ કરીને પારો 40 ડિગ્રીને પાર જવાની શક્યતા નહીવત છે.

On the right side of the website it is clearly written that it is not an official website. That in itself is a hoax. First it was said, apply online by clicking on the link, then it is written inside, it is not a government website.

"The reports in some section of media are false and have no basis whatsoever," Ministry of Finance said on its Twitter handle.
PIB Fact Check also took to its Twitter handle and said that central government is not considering any such proposal



The Ministry of Finance and Press Information of Bureau (PIB) on Monday denied reports that claimed salary cut of central government employees amid coronavirus pandemic. "The reports in some section of media are false and have no basis whatsoever," Ministry of Finance said on its Twitter handle.

This clarification came after a news channel reported that the government was planning to cut salaries of central government employees by 30 percent.

On this, the Ministry said that there was no proposal under consideration of government for any cut in the salary of central government employees.

The PIB fact check has dismissed reports that the pay hike of central employees has been suspended for a year. Many media houses on June 15 reported that the salaries of central employees would not be increased this year amid a lockdown due to the Corona virus. On Tuesday, PIBI denied the report, saying it was false.


PIB Fact Check tweeted: "Claim: Media report citing Department of Personal Training (DoPT) claims that Central Government has stopped pay hike till next year." Completion of Performance Assessment Report (APR) and extension of time is related, not salary increase. The report has misinterpreted the facts.
