યોજનાનું નામ : મુખ્યમંત્રી જ્ઞાનસેતુ મેરીટ સ્કોલરશીપ યોજના

વિદ્યાર્થીઓને મળવાપાત્ર યોજનાના લાભો
જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા નિયત ધારા ધોરણ મુજબ પસંદ કરેલ સ્વનિર્ભર શાળાઓમાં ધોરણ છ માં પ્રવેશ મેળવશે તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સ્કોલરશીપ નો લાભ ધોરણ છ થી શરૂ કરી ધોરણ 12 પૂરું કરે ત્યાં સુધી નીચે મુજબ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
ધોરણ છ થી આઠ નો અભ્યાસ કરવા માટે વાર્ષિક ₹20,000
ધોરણ નવ થી 10 નો અભ્યાસ કરવા માટે વાર્ષિક 22000 રૂપિયા
ધોરણ 11 થી 12 નો અભ્યાસ કરવા માટે વાર્ષિક ₹25,000
જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સરકારી અથવા કોઈપણ અનુદાનિત શાળાઓમાં ધોરણ છ માં પ્રવેશ મેળવીને ધોરણ છ થી 12 નો અભ્યાસ આ શાળાઓમાં વિનામૂલ્યે મેળવવાનું ચાલુ રાખે તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને નિશુલ્ક અભ્યાસ ઉપરાંત નીચે મુજબની વધારાની સ્કોલરશીપ આપવામાં આવશે.

ધોરણ નવ થી 10 નો અભ્યાસ કરવા માટે વાર્ષિક ₹6000
ધોરણ 11 થી 12 નો અભ્યાસ કરવા માટે વાર્ષિક ₹7,000
મુખ્યમંત્રી જ્ઞાનસેતુ મેરીટ સ્કોલરશીપ યોજના વિધાર્થીઓના પ્રવેશ માટેની પ્રક્રિયા
ઉપર મુજબ ખરાઇ પછી જે વિધાર્થીઓ મુખ્યમંત્રી જ્ઞાનસેતુ મેરીટ સ્કોલરશીપ માટે પાત્ર થાય છે તેવા વિધાર્થીઓનું કામચલાઉ મેરીટ લીસ્ટ નિયામકશ્રી, શાળાઓ દ્વારા એક અલાયદા પોર્ટલ ઉપર પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવામાં આવશે,
- રાજ્ય કક્ષાની યાદી તૈયાર કરતી વખતે સરકારના ધારાધોરણ મુજબ અનુસૂચિત જાતિ અને અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિના વિધાર્થીઓનો સમાવેશ કરવાનો રહેશે અને દરેક કેટેગરીમાં ૫૦% લાભાર્થી કન્યાઓ રહેશે. ૮. સ્કોલરશીપ માટે પાત્રતા ધરાવતા વિધાર્થીઓ નિયત સમય
- મર્યાદામાં ક્રમાંક ૩માં દર્શાવ્યા
- શાળાઓએ આ રીતે સ્કોલરશીપ માટે પાત્રતા ધરાવતા વિધાર્થીઓને જ્યારે ધોરણ ૬માં પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે ત્યારે તેવા વિધાર્થીઓને તેઓની શાળાઓમાં પ્રવેશ બાબતનું જનરલ રજીસ્ટર નંબર સાથેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર, શાળાના આચાર્યના સહી અને સિક્કા સાથે વિધાર્થીને આપવાનું રહેશે.
- E. વિધાર્થીના વાલીએ આ પ્રમાણપત્ર પોર્ટલ ઉપર આપવામાં આવેલ સૂચના અનુસાર નિયત સમયમર્યાદામાં અપલોડ કરવાનું રહેશે. પસંદગી મુજબની શાળામાં પ્રવેશ મેળવવાની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી વિધાર્થીઓની અને તેઓન વાલીની રહેશે, તે બાબતે જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારી, જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારી કે, શાળાઓની જવાબદારી રહેશે નહીં.
મુખ્યમંત્રી જ્ઞાનસેતુ મેરીટ સ્કોલરશીપ યોજના સ્કોલરશીપની રકમની ચૂકવણીની પ્રક્રિયા
આ યોજના હેઠળ સ્કોલરશીપની ચૂકવણી નિયામકશ્રી, શાળાઓ દ્વારા ડાયરેક્ટ બેનીકી
- ટ્રાન્સફર (DBT) થી સીધા વિધાર્થી/વાલીના બેંક ખાતામાં જમા કરવામાં આવશે. B. નિયામકશ્રી, શાળાઓ દ્વારા આ સ્કોલરશીપ યોજના માટેના પોર્ટલમાં વિધાર્થીઓ દ્વારા મેળવેલ પ્રવેશ અંગેની જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારી જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારી મારફત ખરાઇ કરવાની રહેશે.
- તે ખરાઇ કર્યા પછી વહેલામાં વહેલી તકે સંબંધિત વાર્લીના ખાતામાં તેઓની મળવાપાત્ર સ્કોલરશીપ રકમની ૫૦% રકમ ડાયરેક્ટ બેનીકીટ ટ્રાન્સકર(DBT) દ્વારા નિયામકશ્રી, શાળાએ ચૂકવી આપવાની રહેશે.
- D. સ્કોલરશીપના બીજા હપ્તાની ૫૦% રકમ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષના બીજા સત્રની શરૂઆતમાં વિધાર્થીઓની પહેલા સત્રની ઓછામાં ઓછી ૮૦% હાજરીને આધારે ચૂકવવાની રહેશે. . જ્યારે આ વિધાર્થી બીજા વર્ષે ધોરણ ૭માં પહોંચે ત્યારે ધોરણ ૬ની બીજા સત્રની ઓછામાં ઓછી ૮૦% હાજરીને આધારે શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષની શરૂઆતમાં બીજા વર્ષની સ્કોલરશીપના ૫૦% પહેલા હપ્તાની રકમ ચૂકવવાની રહેશે.

પ્રથમ મેરીટમાં આવેલ બાળકોનું આવતીકાલે 5/10/2023 ના રોજ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરવાનું રહેશે. અને આચાર્યશ્રીએ વેરીફિકેશન કરવાનું રહેશે.
આજરોજ માન.વિનોદરાવ સાહેબશ્રીની અધ્યક્ષતામાં ધોરણ-૫/ ધોરણ-6 અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કે જેમણે કોમન એન્ટ્રન્સ પરીક્ષા આપી હતી અને મેરીટ લીસ્ટમાં આવ્યા હતા એવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ હાલ જે તે શાળામાં ધોરણ 6 કે ધોરણ 7 માં અભ્યાસ કરી રહ્યા છે, તેઓ માટે સરકારશ્રીને નીચે દર્શાવેલ યોજનાઓ માટે પ્રવેશ લેવા માટે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરવું ફરજિયાત છે.

વિડીયો કોન્ફરન્સમાં મળેલ સૂચના મુજબ જે શાળાઓમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કોમન એન્ટરન્સ ટેસ્ટમાં મેરીટ માં આવ્યા હોય એવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન શાળાના શિક્ષક દ્વારા થાય એ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવું અને જે તે વિદ્યાર્થીના વાલીને પણ શાળામાં હાજર રાખવું તેમ જ ઉપરોક્ત તમામ યોજનાઓ માટે વિદ્યાર્થી અને વાલીને સમજૂતી આપી રજીસ્ટ્રેશનની પ્રક્રિયા હાથ ધરવી. રજીસ્ટ્રેશન માટે વિદ્યાર્થીના મોબાઈલ પર ઓટીપી આવશે તેથી વાલીને મોબાઈલ સાથે શાળામાં હાજર રાખવું. વિદ્યાર્થીનું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ જે તે શાળાના મુખ્ય શિક્ષકે વેરીફાઈ કરવાનું રહેશે. શાળા કક્ષાએથી વેરીફાય પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ જિલ્લા કક્ષાએથી વિદ્યાર્થીનું વેરિફિકેશન કરવામાં આવશે. રજીસ્ટ્રેશન અને વેરિફિકેશનની પ્રક્રિયા શનિવાર સુધીમાં પૂર્ણ કરવાની હોય અગ્રીમતા આપી આ કાર્ય પૂર્ણ કરવાનો રહેશે. 100 ટકા વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરવાનું છે.આ માટે આવતીકાલે 11:00 કલાકે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન માટેનું પોર્ટલ ખુલશે જે જિલ્લા કક્ષાએથી આપને શેર કરવામાં આવશે . જે સંબંધિત તમામ શાળાઓ સુધી અને લાભાર્થી વિદ્યાર્થી સુધી પહોંચે તે ધ્યાનમાં લેશો.

૧ આવતીકાલે ગયા વેકેશનમાં લેવામાં આવેલ ધોરણ -૫ અને ધોરણ-૬ બાળકોની CET EXAM levama આવેલ અને તે બાળકો પરીક્ષામાં સફળ થયા છે તેમને સરકાર શ્રી ની પરીક્ષા સમયે બતાવ્યા મુજબ ચાર શાળા ઓ હતી તો તેના અનુસંધાને સિ ઈ ટી પરીક્ષામાં પાસ થયેલા ઉપરની શીટ મા દર્શાવેલા તમામ બાળકોનું વિધાર્થી રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરવાનું છે બાળકના વાલીને મોબાઇલ લ ઈને બોલાવવાના રહેશે
