ચૈત્ર મહિનાના પહેલા અઠવાડિયામાં લીમડાના 8-10 કુમળા પાન, મુઠ્ઠીભર ફૂલ, બે કાળા મરી, હિંગ, સિંધવ, જીરું અને અજમો મિક્સ કરીને તેનો રસ પીવાથી આખું વરસ નીરોગી રહેવાય છે. લીમડાના ઝાડ પરના ઝીણાં ફુલ એટલે કે મોરને અને લીમડાનાં કૂણાં પાનને સર્વરોગ પરિહારક તરીકે પણ માનવામાં આવે છે.



ચૈત્ર મહિનામાં લીમડાના મોરનો રસ પીવાનું ખાસ મહત્વ રહેલું છે. કેટલાક લોકો લીમડાના મોરનો રસ કરીને પીવે છે તો કેટલાક લોકો લીમડાના કુમળા પાનનો રસ પણ પીવે છે. આયુર્વેદમાં જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણે ચૈત્ર મહિનામાં લીમડાના મોરનો રસ પીવાથી અનેક ફાયદા થાય છે.

દરરોજ લીમડાનું દાંતણ કરવાથી દાંત અને કડવો રસ પીવાથી પાચનશક્તિ સુધરે છે

પહેલાંના જમાનામાં તો લોકો દાતણ માટે લીમડાની ડાળી વપરાતા હતા. એનાથી દાંતમાં થતો સડો, મોંમાંથી આવતી દુર્ગંધ અને પેઢાંમાંથી લોહી નીકળતું બંધ થાય છે. લીમડાની ડાળીનો દરરોજ ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવે તો દાંતની તકલીફો આવતાં પહેલાં જ અટકી જાય છે. જો લીમડાનો કડવો રસ પેટમાં ઊતરે તો પાચન પણ સુધરે છે. આની અસર ઉનાળામાં જોવા મળતી અળાઈ, ફોલ્લી અને ગૂમડાંથી રક્ષણ મળે છે.


લીમડાનો રસ કેવી રીતે બનાવશો



ચૈત્ર મહિનાના પહેલાં અઠવાડિયામાં લીમડાના 8-10 કુમળા પાન, મુઠ્ઠીભર ફૂલ, બે કાળાં મરી, હિંગ, સિંધવ, જીરું અને અજમો મિક્સ કરીને તેનો રસ પીવાથી આખું વરસ નીરોગી રહેવાય છે. લીમડાના ઝાડ પરના ઝીણાં ફુલ એટલે કે મોરને અને લીમડાનાં કૂણાં પાનને સર્વરોગ પરિહારક તરીકે પણ માનવામાં આવે છે.

હેલ્થ નિષ્ણાંત ડો. રેણુકાબેન સિદ્ધપુરા સાથે વાત કરતા જણાવ્યું કે લીમડો શીતળ, હળવો, કડવો, તીખો અને પૌષ્ટિક છે. સાથે કૃમિ, ઊલટી, તાવ, રક્તદોષ, કફ-પિત્ત, દાહ અને વાયુને મટાડે છે. લીમડાનો રસ કડવો હોવાથી કફ અને પિત્તનું શમન કરે છે. આખું વર્ષ કફ-પિત્ત અને વાયુના દોષથી બચવું હોય તો ચૈત્ર મહિનામાં આઠ દિવસ સુધી મોરનો રસ કાઢીને પીવો જોઈએ.


આ રસ કડવો હોવાની સાથે તેમાં અજમો, સિંધવ, જીરૂં અને કાળાં મરી જેવા મસાલાઓથી ગુણસંતુલન કરવામાં આવે છે. મલેરિયામાં જ્યારે ક્વિનાઇનની અસર ન થાય ત્યારે લીમડાની છાલના ચૂર્ણ અથવા લીમડાના પાનનો રસ, સિંધવ અને કાળાં મરીનો ઉપયોગ અકસીર નીવડે છે. તાવ આવ્યા પછી તેની રિકવરીમાં પણ સારું પરિણામ આપે છે.

ત્વચા માટે ગુણકારી, પિત્ત માટે ફાયદાકારક અને તાવને હરનાર છે આ લીમડો

ત્વચાના રોગોનું કારણ કફ અને પિત્તનો વિકાર ગણાય છે. લીમડાથી એ બન્ને દોષોની શુદ્ધિ થતી હોવાથી ચામડી માટે અદ્ભુત દવા ગણાય છે. લીમડામાં રહેલાં નિમ્બિન, નિમ્બિનિન અને નિમ્બિડિન જેવાં કેમિકલ્સ વાઇરસ અને ફૂગનો નાશ કરે છે. સાથે ખીલ, ખરજવું, ચામડીમાં બળતરા જેવી તકલીફોમાં પણ રાહત આપે છે. પેટમાં કૃમિ થયા હોય તો લીમડાનાં પાનનો રસ પીવાથી તે નીકળી જાય છે.

લીમડાનો રસ ન પીવાતો હોય તો લીમડાનાં પાન વાટી તેમાં ચપટી હિંગ ભેળવીને ખાઈ જવાથી રાહત મળે છે. પિત્તને કારણે તાવ આવ્યો હોય અને શરીરમાં બળતરા થતી હોય તો લીમડાનાં પાનનો રસ કાઢીને ખૂબ જ ફીણવું. પિત્ત ચડી ગયું હોય તો લીમડાનાં પાનનો રસ પીવાથી ઊલટી થઈને પિત્ત બહાર નીકળી જાય છે. લીમડાના પાનના રસમાં ચપટી ખડીસાકર મેળવીને 8-10 દિવસ સુધી પીવાથી શરીરની વધારાની ગરમી દૂર થાય છે.

લીમડાના મોરની ચા – વજન ઘટાડવા માટે તમે લીમડાના મોરની ચાનું સેવન કરી શકો છો. આ ચા તૈયાર કરવા માટે તમારે વધારે મહેનત કરવાની જરૂર નથી. ફક્ત થોડા તાજા લીમડાના મોર લો. હવે આ ફૂલોને સારી રીતે ધોઈ લો. તેના પછી તેને 1 કપ પાણીમાં સારી રીતે ઉકાળો. લો તમારા લીમડાના મોરની ચા તૈયાર છે. રોજ ખાલી પેટ આ ચાનું સેવન કરવાથી શરીરનું વજન ઘટાડી શકાય છે.


લીમડાના મોર અને મધનું સેવન – વજન ઘટાડવા માટે લીમડાના મોર ખૂબ જ અસરકારક સાબિત થઈ શકે છે. સાથે જ મધનો ઉપયોગ વજન ઘટાડવા માટે પણ થાય છે. આ બંનેનું મિશ્રણ તમારા શરીરનું વજન ઝડપથી ઘટાડવામાં ખૂબ અસરકારક સાબિત થઈ શકે છે. તેનો ઉપયોગ કરવા માટે કેટલાક લીમડાના મોર લો. હવે તેને સારી રીતે પીસી અથવા ક્રશ કરી લો. તેના પછી તેમાં 1 ચમચી મધ મિક્સ કરો. સવારે ખાલી પેટ આ મિશ્રણનું સેવન કરવાથી પેટની ચરબી ઝડપથી ઘટશે.

લીંબુ અને લીમડાના મોરનું સેવન – લીંબુ અને લીમડાના ફૂલોનું મિશ્રણ પણ શરીરની વધારાની ચરબી ઘટાડવામાં અસરકારક સાબિત થઈ શકે છે. તેના માટે લીમડાના મોરને પીસી લો. હવે તેમાં લીંબુના રસના થોડા ટીપા ઉમેરો. તેના પછી સવારે અને સાંજે ખાલી પેટે તેનું સેવન કરો. આ તમારા શરીરનું વજન ઘટાડી શકે છે.

જાણીએ ગુણકારી લીમડાના રસના ફાયદા.. લીમડાનો રસ પીવાના ફાયદા – 1. લીમડામાં એન્ટી ઇન્ફ્લેમેન્ટરી તત્વ હોય છે. લીમડાનો અર્ક ખીલમાંથી મુક્તિ અપાવવા માટે બહુ સારો ગણાય છે. આ સીવાય લીમડાનો રસ શરીરનો રંગ નિખારવામાં પણ અસરકારક છે. . લીમડાના પાંદડાનો રસ અને મધને 2:1ના માપમાં પીવડાવવાથી કમળામાં ફાયદો થાય છે અને તે કાનમાં નાંખવાથી કાનના વિકારોમાં પણ ફાયદો થાય છે. લીમડાનો રસ પીવાથી શરીરની ગંદકી નીકળી જાય છે. જેનાથી વાળની ગુણવત્તા, ત્વચાની કામુકતા અને પાચન સારું રહે છે.
