મુખ્યમંત્રી યુવા સ્વાવલંબન યોજના (MYSY)

મુખ્યમંત્રી યુવા સ્વાવલંબન યોજના : શિક્ષણ વિભાગના વિવિધ ઠરાવ મુજબની પાત્રતા ધરાવતા ધોરણ 10 અથવા ધોરણ 12ની પરીક્ષા પાસ કરી શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ 2022-23માં ડીપ્લોમા / સ્નાતક અભ્યાસક્રમના પ્રથમ વર્ષમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ અથવા ડીપ્લોમાની પરીક્ષા પાસ કરી ડિગ્રી અભ્યાસક્રમના (ડી ટુ ડી)માં પ્રવેશ મેળવનાર નવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ https://mysy.guj.nic.in પર ઓનલાઈન ફ્રેશ અરજી કરવાની રહેશે તથા વર્ષ 2018-19, વર્ષ 2019-20, વર્ષ 2020-21 અને વર્ષ 2021-22માં સહાય મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ બીજા/ત્રીજા/ચોથા/પાંચમાં વર્ષની સહાય મેળવવા માટે ઓનલાઈન રિન્યુઅલ અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.

સાધન પુસ્તક સહાય

ગવર્મેન્ટ અને સેલ્ફ-ફાઈનાન્સ કોલેજમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને મળવાપાત્ર. અભ્યાસક્રમની અવધી દરમ્યાન સાધન-સહાય માત્ર એક જ વખત મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.

વિદ્યાથીઓ માટે ખાસ :

રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરતા પહેલા અને રિન્યુઅલ અરજી કરતા પહેલા દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીએ નોટીસબોર્ડ પરની બધી જ વિગતોની ખાસ સુચના અચૂક વાંચી લેવી. ત્યારબાદ જ ઓનલાઈન રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરી અરજી માટે ફોર્મ ભરવું.

આપ અગત્યની સૂચનાઓ અને છેલ્લી તારીખને ધ્યાને લઇ સહાય મેળવવાથી વંચિત ન રહો તે માટે દર અઠવાડિયે નિયમિત વેબ સાઈટ જોતા રહો.

મંજૂર થયેલ મળવાપાત્ર સહાયની રકમ વિદ્યાર્થીઓના બેંક એકાઉન્ટમાં ડાયરેક્ટ બેનીફીટ ટ્રાન્સફર (DBT) હેઠળ સીધી જમા થતી હોવાથી વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ શિડ્યુલ બેંકમાં ખાતું ખોલાવવાનું રહેશે અને આ બેંક ખાતા સાથે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ પોતાના આધાર નંબર અચૂક જોડવાના રહેશે.

આધાર નંબર બેંક ખાતા સાથે જોડાયેલ છે કે નહી તે ચેક કરવા માટે આ લીંક https://resident.uidai.gov.in/bank-mapper પર જોઈ શકાશે. જો આધાર બેંક ખાતા સાથે જોડાયેલ હશે નહી તો સહાય તમારા બેંક ખાતામાં જમા થશે નહી.
આધાર નંબર બેંક ખાતા સાથે લીંક થઇ જાય તો કેસીજી કચેરીને જાણ કરવાની રહેશે. તેની ખાસ નોંધ લેવી.

જો ઓનલાઈન અરજી કર્યા બાદ દિવસ 7માં હેલ્પ સેન્ટર ખાતે દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી કરાવવામાં નહિ આવે ટો તેમની ઓનલાઈન અરજી આપોઆપ રદ થશે અને તેઓએ પુન:ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરી દિવસ 7માં દસ્તાવેજોની ચકાસણી કરાવવાની રહેશે.

વિદ્યાર્થીએ મોબાઈલ નંબર પોતાના જ આપવો અને સમગ્ર અભ્યાસક્રમના સમયગાળા દરમ્યાન બદલવો નહિ, અગત્યની સૂચનાઓ એ જ નંબર પર SMS દ્વારા આપવામાં આવશે.

આવકને લગતી માહિતી

મુખ્યમંત્રી યુવા સ્વાવલંબન યોજના અંતર્ગત અરજી કરવા માટે મામલતદાર / તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારીની કચેરીમાંથી તા. 01-04-2022 થી તા. 31-03-2023વચ્ચે કધાવેલ માતા-પિતાની આવકનું પ્રમાણપત્ર રજૂ કરવાનું હોય છે. આથી વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ તેમનું રિજલ્ટ આવ્યા પછી તરત જ આવકનું પ્રમાણપત્ર અચૂક કઢાવી લેવું. આવકનું પ્રમાણપત્ર તે કઢાવ્યા તારીખથી 3 વર્ષ માટે માન્ય હોય છે. તેથી રીન્યુઅલના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે જો 3 વર્ષ ચાલુ વર્ષ પૂર્ણ થતા હોય ટો તરત જ નવું આવકનું પ્રમાણપત્ર કઢાવી લેવું. આવકના પ્રમાણપત્ર ઉક્ત સમયગાળામાં ન કઢાવવાને કારણે વિદ્યાર્થીની અરજી રીજેક્ટ થશે અને પાછળથી આવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની કોઈ રજૂઆત ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહી. જેની દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ખાસ નોંધ લેવી.

જે વાલીઓની નાણાકીય વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧-૨૨ની આવક રૂ. ૨.૫૦ લાખથી વધારે હશે ટો તેમણે ફરજીયાત ઇન્કમટેક્ષ રીટર્ન જોડવામાં રહેશે.

વર્ષ ૨૦૨૨-૨૩ના વર્ષના Assessment Year વાળા આવકવેરા રીટર્નના ફોર્મમાં દર્શાવેલ ગ્રોસ આવક અને એકઝેમ્પટેડ આવકના સરવાળાને કુલ આવક તરીકે ગણવામાં આવશે.
વિદ્યાર્થીના વાલીની આવક રૂ. ૨.૫૦ લાખથી ઓછી હોય અને તે ઇન્કમટેક્ષ રીટર્ન ભરતા ન હોય તો ફક્ત તેઓએ જ “આવકવેરાને પાત્ર આવક ન થતી હોવા અંગેનું સેલ્ફ ડિકલેરેશન આપવાનું રહેશે.

ફ્રેશ અરજી કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ખાસ સુચનાઓ

માર્ચ / એપ્રિલ – ૨૦૨૨માં ધોરણ ૧૦/૧૨ની પરીક્ષા આપી ચાલુ વર્ષે ડિપ્લોમા / ડિગ્રી અભ્યાસક્રમના પ્રથમ વર્ષમાં કે ડીપ્લોમા પરીક્ષા પાસ કરી ચાલુ વર્ષે ડિગ્રીના પ્રથમ/બીજા વર્ષમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ હોય તેઓએ ફ્રેશ વિદ્યાર્થી તરીકે અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. જયારે ગત વર્ષે ૨૦૨૧-૨૨ના વર્ષમાં મુખ્યમંત્રી યુવા સ્વાવલંબન યોજના હેઠળ સહાય મેળવેલ હોય તો તેઓએ ચાલુ વર્ષે રિન્યુઅલ વિદ્યાર્થી તરીકે અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.

ગુજરાત રાજ્યની કેન્દ્રીયકૃત પ્રવેશ સમિતિ દ્વારા પ્રવેશ કાર્યવાહી ચાલુ હોય અને તેમાં રીશફ્લિંગ કરવા માંગતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ તેઓનો પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ થાય અને તેઓ રીશફ્લિંગ જવા ન માંગતા હોય ત્યારે જ ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવી. એડમિશનના રાઉન્ડ ચાલતા રહેશે ત્યાં સુધી તારીખ લંબાવવામાં આવશે જેની દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ નોંધ લેવી.

રિન્યુઅલ અરજી કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ખાસ સુચનાઓ

જયારે ગત વર્ષે ૨૦૨૧-૨૨ના વર્ષમાં મુખ્યમંત્રી યુવા સ્વાવલંબન યોજના હેઠળ સહાય મેળવેલ હોય તો તેઓએ ચાલુ વર્ષે રિન્યુઅલ વિદ્યાર્થી તરીકે અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.

જે વિદ્યાર્થીનું ધારણ મુજબ પરિણામ ન આવતા રીચેકિંગ / રિએસેસમેન્ટ માટે અરજી કરેલ હોય તો તેઓ મુખ્યમંત્રી યુવા સ્વાવલંબન યોજના અંતર્ગત અરજી કરવાથી વંચિત ન રહે તે માટે તેઓએ છેલ્લી તારીખ પહેલા જૂના પરિણામને આધારે અચૂક અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. ત્યારબાદ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ રીચેકિંગ/રિએસેસમેન્ટમાં જે પરિણામ આવે તે તાત્કાલિક ધોરણે દિવસ 7માં ઓનલાઈન અપલોડ કરવાનું રહેશે. આમ ૧) પરિણામ મોડા આવવાના કારણે ૨) રીચેકિંગ / રિએસેસમેન્ટ માટે અરજી કરેલ હોવાથી મુખ્યમંત્રી યુવા સ્વાવલંબન યોજનામાં સમય મર્યાદામાં અરજી કરેલ નહિ હોય તો તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની કોઈ રજૂઆત ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહિ. જેની દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ખાસ નોંધ લેવી. તે જ રીતે જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું ઓનલાઈન પરિણામ જાહેર થયેલ હોય પરંતુ માર્કશીટ આવેલ ન હોય તેઓએ પણ છેલ્લી તારીખ પહેલા ઓનલાઈન પરિણામને આધારે અચૂક અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.

ફ્રેશ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે લાયકાતના ધોરણો

ધોરણ 10ની પરીક્ષા 80 કે તેથી વધુ પર્સેન્ટાઈલ મેળવી નિયત ડીપ્લોમા અભ્યાસક્રમમાં પ્રથમ વર્ષમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ.
ડીપ્લોમા અભ્યાસક્રમની પરીક્ષામાં 65 કે તેથી વધુ ટકા સાથે પાસ કરી મેળવી ડિગ્રી (સ્નાતક) કક્ષાના અભ્યાસક્રમના પ્રથમ / બીજા વર્ષમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવનાર ડી-ટુ-ડીના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ.
ધોરણ 12 વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહ અથવા સામાન્ય પ્રવાહની પરીક્ષામાં 80 કે તેથી વધુ પર્સેન્ટાઈલ મેળવી નિયત સ્નાતક અભ્યાસક્રમમાં પ્રથમ વર્ષમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને
રૂ. 6 લાખ સુધીની કૌટુંબિક વાર્ષિક આવક ધરાવનાર વાલીઓના સંતાનો

રિન્યુઅલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે લાયકાતના ધોરણો

ફ્રેશ વિદ્યાર્થી તરીકે લાભ મેળવ્યા બાદ રિન્યુઅલ સહાય મેળવવા માટે અગાઉ જે વર્ષે શિષ્યવૃત્તિ મળી હોય તે પરીક્ષામાં ઓછામાં ઓછા 50% માર્ક્સ સાથે ઉત્તીર્ણ થવાનું રહેશે
જે તે શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થાના નીતિ નિયમો પ્રમાણે જે તે શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં ઓછામાં ઓછી 75% હાજરી હોવી જરૂરી રહેશે. જે અંગે સંસ્થાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર જરૂરી છે. (ફોર્મેટ વેબસાઈટ પર ઉપલબ્ધ છે).

ફ્રેશ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ડોક્યુમેન્ટ લિસ્ટ

They shall be required to remain at the headquarters and may not leave the headquarters without the permission of the authorized officer.

They shall be bound by the rules of the office for unsatisfactory performance or undisciplined behavior during the period of honorary service.

Any other necessary conditions determined by the Government in the interest of administration shall also be binding on them.
