Reverting to the above topic, the consolidated transfer rules of Teaching Assistant/Primary Teacher/Upper Primary Teacher/Head Teacher have been promulgated by reference resolutions of the Education Department. Adequate study of the President’s resolution and action as per the applicable provisions will have to be done. According to the order of this office dated 05/09/2022 of this office as per the approved structure as of 31/07/2022, as per the time table mentioned below, organizing the transfer camp of the primary teacher/student assistant who is performing the duties of your district/city education committee this year. is told to do.

Keeping in view the provisions of Chapter-H of the referred resolution of the Education Department for the current year as on 31/07/2022 the Primary Teacher/Teaching Assistant performing additional duties over the sanctioned institution shall be ordered to shift the Primary Teacher/Teaching Assistant to the camp.





(2) According to the provisions of Chapter-N, by 31/03/2022 at the district level, orders for the transfer of Aras Paras shall be made by taking into consideration the applications for the demand of the District Fer Aras Paras.

(3) According to chapter- (3) taking into account your district transfer applications as per the eight types of registers prepared at your level as on 01/11/2022 taking into account the vacancies in the district, the district transfer camp has to be held as per the provisions of chapter-1.Internal changes should be kept in mind.





1. The District Primary Education Officer/Administrator has to login to www.dpcgujarat.in with Default Password and enter the vacant posts by changing the password.

2. Taking into account the details of the teachers retiring on the semester on 31/10/2022 i.e. as on 01/11/2022 that department wise net vacancies have to be uploaded.

3. While uploading the vacancies, in case the teachers who are not released among the teachers who have been ordered to be allotted school as per option in the district division, the existing school of the teacher has to be shown as vacancy. and the school to which the allotment has been made. That place has to be considered filled.

In cases where the primary teacher/ teaching assistant has previously undergone internal or district transfer and has not been released due to more than 10 per cent vacancy, the post in the original school shall be shown as vacant and the post in the transfer school shall be treated as filled,

In cases where the Primary Teacher/Teacher has previously undergone internal or district transfer and has not been released due to more than 10 per cent vacancy, the original school post shall be shown as vacant post and the post in the transfer school shall be treated as filled.

5. The vacancies have to be uploaded on the online portal keeping in mind the details of the schools functioning in your district (School Name, School Discode, Paycenter Name and Pay-Center Discode).

If any administrative or legal question arises regarding implementation of the transfer order after selection of the school by that primary teacher/ teaching assistant due to uploading of wrong school/discode vacancies by you, it will also be your responsibility.

As per the provision of Chapter-9 General Instructions Act-14 of the Education Department making reference, the primary teacher teaching assistant participating in any requisition transfer must be of mature age and of sufficient understanding and there is a possibility of injustice to other candidates once the order of the selected school of online requisition is canceled in any case. It will not be possible, so the primary teacher/ teaching assistant who really wants to undergo internal transfer will have to apply for internal transfer online on the suggested website.

If any vacancy in any district is ordered by the High Court to remain vacant by an interim order pending the final judgment of the case, action shall be taken as per the order of the High Court. So that the question of contempt of the High Court does not arise

Assembly elections will be held in the state in the near future, when the model code of conduct comes into force, which will have to be decided in consultation with the election officer of the district regarding the implementation of the transfer camp and the appointment order.

This Parakamma means Parikrama and means Pradakshina! And when these words are remembered, two phenomena which have penetrated into the mind since childhood, are remembered! One is that the earth rotates on its axis.
According to the second thing with Lord Ganesha; Once there was a quarrel between Kartikeya and Ganesha. Both went to their parents. Father Shiva said to solve the problem that whoever comes home first after going round the whole earth will win! Kartikeyaji sat on his vehicle peacock and went for a circumnavigation. Ganesha used cleverness and placed his parents i.e. Lord Shivaji and Parvati on a high seat and circumambulated them seven times and said that “Parents occupy the greatest and venerable place in the universe so this circumambulation is as important as circumambulation of the earth” Kartikeya returned. Ganesha was present when he came! They circled the earth not once but seven times! This reference to Pradakshina has been fixed in the mind forever.

Meaning of Parikrama or Pradakshina or Parakamma in Literary Context



Parikrama is a Sanskrit word according to Bhagavadgomandal. (1) Going around a temple or place of pilgrimage; circumambulation; (2) circling; To move to and fro. (3) Path taken to circumambulate a shrine or temple: Another word is also Sanskrit parikrami – parikramin – moving round, circumambulating. The third word is; Parikranti – moving around; Circulation. The fourth word is; parigam – going around; Circulation. The fifth word is transition.





According to Sarth Gujarati spelling dictionary;



(1) Parikamma – The Sanskrit word is Parikrama. Parakamma, Parikramana, Pradakshina (2) The word Pari is a prefix. ‘ all around ‘ signifies complete; like; circumambulation, circumambulation. (3) Parikrama – circumambulation, sequence. (4) Parikramana – Pradakshina, to go round and round, (5) Parikrama – Parikrama, cycle; (6) Pradakshina – moving around any object or person / image of a deity on the right side; To go round; have different meanings like

Parikrama is an activity associated with religion in Indian culture. Temples also have a special area around them where pilgrims can roam. Apart from Hinduism, this practice is also found in Buddhism and Jainism. There are also some special customs or rules or beliefs about circumambulation in temples, such as circumambulation from left to right. If only three are done in Ganesha temple, only half is done in Shiva temple! The place from where the anointing milk or water comes out is not crossed. Apart from such temples, circumambulation of Narmada in rivers, circumambulation of Govardhana in mountains, Girnar, Shetrunjaya and Vraja area, Saruyan river at Ayodhya and Kamadgiri in Chitrakoot and eighty-four Mahadev Parikramas in Tiruvanmalai, Ujjain in South India have religious significance. In my hometown Dhrangadhra, when I was a child, I have seen that in the month of Shravan, a Dhun Mandal even in the early morning “Hari Hari Bol,

Girnar mountain in Gujarat is believed to have seats of eighty-four Naths. The highest peak of this mountain with a height of 3383 feet is said to be Gorakhnath at a height of 3600 feet. Around this mountain there are many other small and big mountains and a chain of eighteen mountains. There is a constant flow of tourists to this place every year. Most of all, people flock to the Shivratri fair and after Diwali to the so-called Leeli Parikrama. There are dense forests around the mountain. Many rare medicinal plants are available there. The Gir Lion Sanctuary is also there in wildlife.

A thirty-six kilometer long green circumnavigation takes place around Mount Girnar. The addition of the word “green” here has a special nature reference. Green means green! Every year, after the monsoon season, nature blossoms here. Green forests cover the mountains. The springs coming from the mountain at many places are mesmerizing. The bushes and forests become green. Paths, dirt roads, slopes, rivers, small bridges, temples, tall trees, vines, wildlife, chirping of birds vs. Since the entire environment becomes natural. This Parikrama runs from Kartak Sud Agiyaras to Poonam i.e. Devdiwali. People flock from all over India and Gujarat to walk in the lap of nature, giving up many comforts of life. There is no solid evidence as to when this green circle started, but it is believed to have started in 1922 at Bagdu. So reference is also being made to the family of Lord Sri Krishna. Many sadhu saints from all over India come to perform this circumambulation and sit on the circumambulation route blowing incense. Religious and social organizations also arrange accommodation and meals for pilgrims who come for this circumambulation. The Forest Department, Police Department, District Administration, Maha Nagar Palika, Sadhu Samaj and social organizations are working tirelessly to complete this circumambulation smoothly.



Once upon a time this pious circumambulation may have started only for the purpose of attaining merit. Later, nature lovers may also have been added to it, and young men and women who have been seen for the last decade or so also join it considering it as an adventurous activity. In this circumambulation, which is considered sacred, love of nature and now also entrepreneurship are combined with devotion, and lakhs of pilgrims gather in this circumambulation. It is not wrong to say that this circumambulation has now taken the place of travel or tourism instead of travel! Humans who join this cycle with any intention have to take care of themselves as well as preserve the elements of nature.

Thousands of tonnes of waste which is harmful to the environment is removed after completing the circumambulation along this yatra route. Especially plastic paper, water bags, cups, dishes, gutka packing, fast food bags, etc. The question always arises as to why pilgrims or tourists who come to enjoy the nature or nature or to enjoy the beauty of nature do not try to preserve or maintain the same nature elements when it is greatly disturbed! Where the circulation path is polluted to such an extent by spreading dirt that even its cleaning becomes difficult. Former Junagadh MLA Mr. Mahendrabhai Mashroo and his team and all government departments and many nature loving organizations, collegiate youths join the cleanliness drive by cleaning this mess, they really deserve congratulations and salutations. This year when this green tour is going to be held from 04th November, every prospect, nature lover, It becomes very important for the adventurers or tourists to be aware of not harming the environment in this circuit. Some of my suggestions are as follows:

(1) Prioritize the purpose of enjoying nature. Tree, plant, vine, fruit-flower vs. Protect as much as possible. Unknown Tree- Plant Vs. Avoid touching or even tasting.

(2) Enjoy rivers, streams, springs, waterfalls etc. but do not pollute in or around them. If there is any notice board, read it – act accordingly.

(3) Plastic items are legally banned so do not carry such items on Parikrama route. Especially plastic panfaki and snack boxes.

(4) Carry at least a decent amount. Carry necessary medicines or necessary medical equipment. There are health facilities but we must carry our convenient medicine or equipment with us.

(5) Leaf, Mawa-Faki, Gutka, Tobacco, BD-Cigarette Vs. should be avoided. Do not throw its waste anywhere. Throwing burning bd-cigarette-lights anywhere can cause forest fire. Any small carelessness on our part can cause such serious damage.

(6) Some Bhavikas / Sanghas are cooking. After this work is done, extinguish the fire properly and proceed. Do not throw garbage or leftover food anywhere but dig a hole and bury it properly. Use foil or metal utensils if possible. If possible, take tea-meals only in Ravatis so that you can save time and effort and enjoy the nature more.

(7) If you yourself are physically able, help the old or disabled or children wherever necessary.

(8) As far as possible, circumambulate the prescribed route. Avoid going deep into the forest. Do not enter restricted areas.

(9) Fast food on the road Vs. Don’t buy or carry any padikas. He will feel like throwing his garbage anywhere! If someone has thrown it, throw it in the garbage basket instead of the tokawa and help save the environment.

(10) Defeat in a proper place, in a proper manner. Use portable toilets where possible. After cleaning the pit, put soil/dust on it so that no bad smell is spread.

(11) Avoid circumambulating at night. Don’t do this in an attempt to finish early. Stay with the crowd. Keep in touch with each other. Contact with patience when there is no mobile connectivity somewhere. Carry a power bank if possible as there may not be battery charging service available. If one really wants to be detached from the world then the use of such tools should be avoided!

(12) Unknown or uninhabited or restricted area/cave Vs. should not go into Better not to wander towards deserted/deserted roads/directions!

(13) Inform the forest department if any such animals are seen when there is movement of wild animals along this circuit. Oh yes don’t. Do not provoke by throwing stones or any other objects. Watch calmly. Give it a proper path. Follow the instructions of forest department or police. Either way the venture can be life-threatening.

(14) Do darshan of sadhus-saints or baba-baba seen on the circumambulation route. move on Abandon dogma or superstition and behave reasonably and humanely. Not all are fake either.

(15) Do not create rumours. Do not spread. Check the truth. Refute. Don’t rush. Be helpful. Do not crowd together. Somewhere the ground or bridge is weak, it may collapse.

(16) Take care that no one is separated from the community or family. If this happens, contact the police or home guard or system. Our escapades may create a false rumor somewhere.

(17) Avoid taking “selfies” on slopes, valleys, river/spring banks, caves, hills or on unknown roads. It can be dangerous. Slips, falls, trips can cause personal but also collective damages.

(18) Carry adequate provision of drinking water throughout the circumambulation route. If you have a plastic bottle, keep filling it. When empty, do not throw it anywhere but dispose it in a suitable place outside the forest.

(19) As pilgrims come from all over India in this circumambulation, give proper guidance if there are pilgrims of other languages. Don’t be misled. Many foreigners also come for the study purpose of this tour, meet with them, take pictures but do not disturb them. They will return with a bad impression of the state or country and that cannot be flattering to us!

(20) From unknown / suspicious persons Bhabhut/Prasad Vs. Avoid taking Report any suspicious movement to the system. No action should be taken rashly. It is at such times that rumors are created.

(21) Those with heart or respiratory ailments should avoid joining this circumambulation or should carry proper equipment-medicine. There is also some height and the difficulty of flat roads leads to death of such patients every year.

(22) In case of emergency vehicles like ambulance should be given proper way so that any sick or accident victim can get immediate treatment.

(23) It is necessary for everyone to have a suitable mask in case of breathing problems when dust is flying somewhere.

(24) Take care not to create disorder where there is food, rest or seating arrangements. Don’t waste food. Take only enough. It is our discretion not only to say no to Jamadanar organization or congregations but also not to spoil it.
