A byseg training is scheduled for tomorrow for all teachers to be the primary teachers, head teachers and CRC's Teacher Readiness Survey test takers on August 11. A teleconference has been organized to provide proper guidance for the survey. A link to reference literature is provided here for the guidance of every teacher.

Teacher readiness is a very important factor for quality education. Even in 2000, there was an emphasis on teacher readiness for quality education. Training programs are organized at the state or district level for teachers for quality education. Under this, it is very important to provide educational help to all the teachers as per their need.

In order for teachers to receive the training and onsite support they need, they need to know the educational needs of each teacher. For this it is necessary to know the understanding of the teacher about his / her own teaching subject, classroom behavior, new trends in evaluation teaching etc. In addition, it is necessary to get information about the teacher's classroom observation as well as the educational achievement of the children in their class. Out of these three, classroom observation and information about students' academic city is available.

The following points are taken into consideration regarding this survey. 1. The survey was a questionnaire (a questionnaire containing a total of 80 columns) as a survey device. There will be four response options for each section from which to select the appropriate response. Details are included in Appendix 2 with this.) . The survey consists of the following five groups of devices Std 1 to 5, Std 6 to 8 Language-Social Science Credit 6 to 8 Mathematics-Science HTAT Headmaster CRC-BRE Coordinator..
