Drinking chasa on an empty stomach can cause stomach pain and heaviness in the body. 

In winter or changing season one should always sit in the sun and drink chasa which is beneficial for health. 

Consumption of chasa should be avoided in the morning, evening or night. 

If chasa is consumed in the morning, evening or night, it can cause sore throat and there is also risk of cold, flu and fever.

In summer people drink chaas with salt, but in winter they eat small pieces of jaggery with chaas.

But jaggery should not be eaten with buttermilk if there is a problem of diabetes. 

Instead drink buttermilk mixed with black salt, roasted cumin powder and ajma.

If you want to drink curd at night, heat mustard oil and add whole chillies, mustard seeds and cumin seeds and add it to the curd. 

But if you have joint pain or bone pain, avoid drinking chasa anyway.
