Prices of LPG-CNG and PNG may also change

Change in mode of cash withdrawal from ATMs

The method of withdrawing money from ATMs may also change from December. 

Currently, the method we use to withdraw cash from ATMs is often prone to fraud.

According to the information, Punjab National Bank may change the process of withdrawing cash from ATMs in the month of December. 

It said that from December 1, an OTP will be generated on your mobile number as soon as you insert the card in the ATM. 

Cash will be released only after entering this OTP in the given column on the ATM screen.

Train schedule will vary

In the month of December, winter starts to get colder in most parts of the country. Fog starts increasing with winter. Due to which there is difficulty in movement of trains. 

As a result railways have to decide to cancel many trains.

Railways also changes its time table in view of fog. In such a situation, it is expected that the railways will revise the railway timetable in the month of December and the trains will be run as per the new time table.

Pensioners cannot deposit life certificate

Last date for submission of Life Certificate i.e. Life Certificate for pensioners is 30 November 2022. In such a situation, if they have not submitted their life certificate by the end of this month, they may face the inconvenience of doing so from December 1. If the life certificate is not submitted on time, their pension may also be stopped.

Banks will not work for 13 days

Banks will remain closed for a total of 13 days in the month of December. 

These holidays include second and fourth Saturdays and Sundays. 

Christmas, the last day of the year (December 31) and the birth anniversary of Guru Gobind Singh Ji also fall in this month. 

There will also be a bank holiday on this occasion. 

Many states also have holidays based on local festivals. 

Banks will be closed on holidays. 

However, customers will be able to do their work through online banking during this time.

Income tax return for the financial year 2021-22 can be filed along with the penalty

The last date for payment of third installment of advance tax for 2022-23 is 15 December.

You can file the revised return till 31st December
