Eligibility criteria for GMDC Recruitment 2022

Education Qualification

• Retired Army/CISF officer with the last position preferably being Lt. Col. Or Colonel with at least 3 years experience in Industrial Security will be essential.

Selection Process

• A Selection Committee will examine the applications and make a merit-based short list of candidates.As determined by GMDC Ltd., the competent authority’s decision regarding the selection of candidates will be final, and no correspondence regarding this matter will be accepted. The short-listed candidates will either be called for an interview (TA will be provided as applicable to GMDC’s employees) or interviewed via videoconferencing. GMDC may at any time cancel the advertisement and decide not to proceed with the engagement of an advisor and accept or reject any and all applications without providing any justification.

 Salary

• The previous and current compensation will serve as the foundation for the monthly consolidated compensation. (Negotiable)
