The record was set by 37-year-old Gosiyami Thamara Sithole, according to details obtained. She has given birth to 10 children simultaneously through a cesarean operation. Doctors say children and mothers are healthy. Of these 10 children, seven are boys and three are girls. "My husband and I were expecting eight children," Gosiami said.
