ગુજરાત તલાટી ભરતી 2024: ગુજરાત તલાટી ભરતી 2024 માટેની શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાતમાં ફેરફાર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. ગુજરાત પંચાયત સેવા પસંદગી બોર્ડે તલાટી કમ મંત્રીની લાયકાત 12 પાસથી બદલીને સ્નાતક કક્ષાની કરી છે. હવેથી તલાટી કમ મંત્રી સંવર્ગની જાહેરાત ગ્રેજ્યુએશન કક્ષાએ લેવામાં આવશે જેની સંબંધિત ઉમેદવારોએ નોંધ લેવી. જો કે, તલાટીની તમામ જગ્યાઓ ભરાયેલી હોવાથી નજીકના ભવિષ્યમાં પરીક્ષાની કોઈ શક્યતા નથી.

તલાટી-કમ-મંત્રીની કામગીરી

ગ્રામ પંચાયત મંત્રી સરકારના પંચાયત વિભાગના કર્મચારી હોવાથી તેમણે રાજ્ય સરકારના પંચાયત વિભાગને લગતી તમામ કામગીરી કરવાની હોય છે. પંચાયત યોજનાઓને લગતી તમામ કામગીરી અને પંચાયત વિભાગ દ્વારા સોંપાયેલ તમામ કામગીરી ગ્રામ પંચાયત મંત્રી દ્વારા કરવાની હોય છે. પંચાયત પસંદગી બોર્ડ દ્વારા જિલ્લાવાર ગ્રામ પંચાયત મંત્રીની ભરતી કરવામાં આવે છે.





સુપિરિયર પંચાયત સેવા ભરતી નિયમો

અત્યાર સુધી તલાટીની પરીક્ષા 12 પાસ પર લેવામાં આવતી હતી

• (1) સુપિરિયર પંચાયત સેવા ભરતી (સુધારા) નિયમો, 2023 માં, આ નિયમો ગ્રામ પંચાયત સચિવ, વર્ગ II દ્વારા સુધારવામાં આવશે. કહી શકાય.
• (2) તેઓ સત્તાવાર ગેઝેટમાં તેમના પ્રકાશનની તારીખથી અમલમાં આવે છે
• ગ્રામ પંચાયત સચિવ, વર્ગ II. વૈષ્ઠ પંચાયત સેવા ભરતી નિયમો, 2013, (ત્યારબાદ "કહેલા નિયમો" તરીકે ઓળખાય છે), નિયમ 3 માં,
• (i) કલમ (a) માં, આંકડા અને શબ્દ માટે, “33 વર્ષ”, આંકડાઓ અને શબ્દ, “35 વર્ષ” બદલવામાં આવશે;
• (ii) કલમ (b) માટે, નીચેની કલમ અવેજી કરવામાં આવશે, એટલે કે
• (b) ભારતમાં કેન્દ્રીય અથવા રાજ્ય અધિનિયમ દ્વારા અથવા તે હેઠળ સ્થાપિત અથવા સમાવિષ્ટ કોઈપણ યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી પ્રાપ્ત કરેલ સ્નાતકની ડિગ્રી ધરાવે છે; અથવા કોઈપણ અન્ય શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થાઓ જેમ કે કલમ 3 હેઠળ માન્યતા પ્રાપ્ત અથવા યુનિવર્સિટી તરીકે માનવામાં આવે છે. યુનિવર્સિટી ગ્રાન્ટ કમિશન એક્ટ, 1956 અથવા સરકાર દ્વારા માન્ય સમકક્ષ લાયકાત ધરાવે છે; ઉપરોક્ત નિયમોમાં, નિયમ 4 માટે, નીચેના નિયમને બદલવામાં આવશે. અર્થ
• ગુજરાત પંચાયત સેવાઓ વર્ગીકરણ અને ભરતી (સામાન્ય) નિયમો, 1998 ના નિયમ 10A ની જોગવાઈઓ સીધી પસંદગી દ્વારા નિયુક્ત ઉમેદવારના સંબંધમાં લાગુ થશે.
