According to the ban rules on talking to the media, no employee will make such statement, in which the policies and actions of the central, state government or CPSE are criticized. According to the new rules of the Public Enterprises Department, none of their employees will take part in any such performance or themselves in any performance, resulting in crime.

A CPSE employee can not take any position in any political party or organization who participates in politics.
